CLEAN+ was founded in 1992 and is an Australian-owned and established brand in the cleaning chemicals manufacturing industry. We are a leading manufacturer of quality, value-added cleaning chemicals with a social conscience and a growing national presence (offices and warehousing in NSW, QLD & VIC). Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Support Office to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
As the Customer Support Officer at Clean Plus Chemicals, you will assist in processing incoming sales orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups with customers and multi-tasking across other operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing incoming sales orders.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails to relevant departments.
• Assist dispatch team with deliveries and pickups.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and pleasant office environment.
• Provide general administrative support to operations and office teams
• Assist customer service team in maintaining accurate records, databases and filing
systems.
Skills and Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Previous work experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with Bartender and MYOB software is a plus but not required.
