NSW Technical Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: New South Wales (Field & Office-Based)

Reports To: National Sales Manager


About the Role:

Clean+ is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to service and grow our key client base across NSW. This role is a blend of account management and technical expertise, site installations, focused on delivering exceptional service, product knowledge and tailored cleaning and hygiene solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Provide expert technical support and training to clients, ensuring correct product usage and compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct site visits and general installations, audits, and needs assessments to deliver customised cleaning and hygiene solutions.

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and add value.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development where technical input is required.

  • Liaise with internal teams (R&D, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless client support.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product innovations, and best practices.

  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, site audits, and technical service activities.

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management and technical support, ideally within the cleaning chemicals, hygiene, or related industries.

  • Solid technical understanding of cleaning products, applications, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.

  • Problem-solving ability and confidence in providing technical guidance.

  • Well-organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel throughout NSW.

VIC Sales & Business Development Manager

Reports To: National Sales Manager


About the Role:

Clean+ is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Victoria. This role focuses on driving new business, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with existing clients within the cleaning and hygiene industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Clean+’s market footprint.

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and KPIs.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand needs and promote solutions.

  • Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.

  • Represent Clean+ at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the cleaning chemicals, hygiene, or related sectors.

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

  • Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel throughout Victoria.
